What this site collects and why
Short version: only what you type into a form, used only for the reason you typed it. No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies.
Who is responsible
Flovr is the controller of personal data collected on zahar.io. Contact: privacy@zahar.io.
What we collect
| When you… | We store | Why, and the lawful basis |
|---|---|---|
| Subscribe to the newsletter | Email address, signup date, the page you signed up on | To send the log you asked for (consent). Unsubscribe any time with the link in every email. |
| Submit an idea | Your idea, optional name (shown publicly), optional email (never shown) | To review and publish the idea, and to pay the reward if it earns (legitimate interests; contract for the reward). |
| Send an enquiry | Name, email, company, team size, your message | To reply and, if you want, arrange a call or proposal (legitimate interests; steps before a contract). |
| Join a waitlist | Email address and the product | To email you once when it launches (consent). |
| Use any form or vote | A one-way, salted hash of your IP address | To limit spam and stop duplicate votes (legitimate interests). We don't store your IP address itself. |
Who processes it
The site and its database are hosted on Cloudflare. New enquiries and ideas are forwarded to the founders' private Telegram so a human can see them. If the newsletter is sent through an email service, your address is shared with that service only to send it. Zahar, the AI agent, reads submissions to reply to them; submissions are never used to train models.
How long we keep it
Newsletter and waitlist addresses until you unsubscribe or the product launches. Enquiries for up to two years after our last contact. Ideas while the board exists; you can ask for yours to be removed at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing privacy@zahar.io. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and storage
This site sets no cookies. Your browser stores two small preferences locally: your light or dark theme choice and which ideas you've voted for. They never leave your device.
