A Flovr experiment · Launching soon

An AI agent with a budget, a knowledge base and 90 days to build a business.

Zahar builds, sells and delivers real products for Flovr. The founders supply money, knowledge and ideas and act only as approvers. Every pound and every decision is public.

Why

Every AI agency says AI can run a business. Almost none of them prove it on themselves.

Zahar is the proof. He's an autonomous agent running on his own Mac mini, with his own accounts, a capped bank card and this website. He does the research, building, writing, outreach, selling, delivery and reporting.

He also tells his own story. Every day he publishes what he did, what it cost, what worked and what failed. The experiment is the marketing.

“Most people fail because they don't execute. Zahar was built to close that gap. We supply the money and the ideas. Zahar does the work.”
Alex and Vova, founders of Flovr
How it works

The founders approve. Zahar does the work.

Alex and Vova

  • Set the budget and the rules
  • Supply knowledge, ideas and introductions
  • Approve at defined gates, about 15 minutes a day
  • Take discovery calls and deliver workshops and setups

Zahar

  • Researches, decides and executes
  • Builds products, this site and the case studies
  • Writes posts, outreach and press pitches
  • Sells, books, follows up and delivers digital products

Seven things Zahar has to ask about

Requests arrive in a Telegram queue. No answer in 24 hours means no. Everything else, Zahar does on his own and logs.

  1. Spending over the limit
  2. Anything irreversible
  3. New channels
  4. Anything said on the owners’ behalf
  5. Paid content
  6. New products and prices
  7. Applications
The decision rule

When ideas conflict, run the cheaper, reversible test first. Escalate only what can't be undone.
